At Lumani Impact, operated by GTT ECOM LLC, we sell digital eBooks in English delivered electronically. Because our products are digital, non-tangible, and made available shortly after payment approval, this Refund Policy is intended to be clear, fair, and transparent before purchase.

1. Nature of Our Products
All products sold on this website are digital products. No physical items are shipped.
After a successful purchase, customers may receive access to their product through one or more of the following methods:

any other delivery method expressly stated on the product page or checkout.
By placing an order, you understand and agree that the product is delivered digitally and may be made available immediately or shortly after payment is approved.
2. Digital Product Sales Are Generally Final
Due to the instant-access nature of digital content, all sales are generally final once the order is completed and the digital product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available to the customer, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly allowed under this policy.
This policy exists because digital products cannot be physically returned, and once access is granted, the content may be retained, copied, or consumed.
3. Customer Acknowledgment Before Purchase
By purchasing from Lumani Impact, you acknowledge and agree that:
you are purchasing a digital eBook and not a physical product;
delivery occurs electronically, not by postal mail;
access may be provided on the confirmation page, by email, or both;
you are responsible for entering a valid email address and reviewing the product description before purchase;
once the digital product is delivered or made available, the order may become non-refundable, subject to this policy and applicable law.
4. Situations in Which a Refund May Be Considered
Although digital product sales are generally final, we may review and approve a refund in limited situations such as the following:
4.1 Duplicate Purchase
If you were charged more than once for the same product in the same purchase context, we may issue a refund for the duplicate charge after verification.
4.2 Non-Delivery

issue a refund if the issue cannot be reasonably resolved.
4.4 Wrong Product Delivered
If you received a product materially different from the one purchased, we may provide the correct product or, where appropriate, issue a refund.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, customers are strongly encouraged to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
If a chargeback is initiated after a product has been delivered, accessed, or made available, we reserve the right to submit relevant evidence to the payment processor, bank, card network, or dispute platform, including but not limited to:
proof of purchase;
digital delivery or access records;
download availability records;
communication history with the customer;
screenshots of the product description, checkout flow, and this Refund Policy.
If a chargeback is filed, any direct refund request may be suspended during the dispute process to avoid duplicate reimbursement.
9. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, repetitive, or inconsistent with this policy, including attempts to retain the digital product while also seeking reimbursement without valid grounds.
